Outlook Add-ins Greyed out

If your outlook Add-ins looks like the below, please follow the steps below to fix this issue

1. Go to the top right of the window to the Settings Wheel
2. Once there you will want to click on the General page of your settings
3. Now you will want to Click on Privacy and Data
4. Once in Privacy and Date you will click on Privacy Settings
5. You will now want to Turn off Privacy Settings
6. Close out of Outlook repeat these steps to turn it back on then Restart outlook one more time and it should fix the issue that you have run into, and your Add-ins should work normally.
